Payment and Checkout

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Money Order.

Do you accept PayPal?

No, we do not accept PayPal at this time.

Which currencies can I use to purchase goods?

We only accept payment in Canadian Dollars.

Can I have my order shipped to an address that's different from my billing address?

Yes, however we may need to confirm your address before processing the order.

Do you keep my credit card payment information on file?

To comply with PCI (payment card industry) standards, we store only the last 4 digits of your credit card.

Shipping and Delivery

My order was supposed to have arrived by now, and I have not received any notification of late delivery. What should I do?

We apologize for failing to notify you of late delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within Manitoba, Ontario, Newfoundland, and Nunavut.

Can I have my product shipped locally and pick up myself?

This is not an option we are offering at this time, we arrange freight to the address specified in your order placement.

Will the delivery person move my product to the location I need it to be placed upon arrival?

The delivery person will deliver your product curbside.

What happens if my purchase is damaged during shipping?

You must inspect your purchase and note damages upon delivery. If damages aren’t noted at delivery, we cannot guarantee that we can return the product.

Can I request a specific delivery date and/or delivery time window such as morning or afternoon only?

     For small products, FedEx Ground will deliver without appointment. If you are not present upon delivery, FedEx will leave a door knocker to notify you where your product is. You then have the option to pick up your product or schedule a re-delivery attempt at no extra charge.
     For larger products (over 150 pounds), at checkout we ask that you call in to arrange freight and we will give you an approximate shipment date. When your product ships, you will receive a call to set up an appointment for your product delivery.

What is the benefit of buying this UPS from Toromont vs. direct from Toshiba?

We offer competitive pricing and quick delivery on the Toshiba product line.

Can I buy any of your online products at a Toromont or Battlefield branch?

We currently do not offer these products at our branches.

How do I cancel my order?

Call 1-888-491-8464 for order cancellations. Please note that we cannot guarantee an order cancellation after payment has been processed.
