We accept Visa, MasterCard and Money Order.
No, we do not accept PayPal at this time.
We only accept payment in Canadian Dollars.
Yes, however we may need to confirm your address before processing the order.
To comply with PCI (payment card industry) standards, we store only the last 4 digits of your credit card.
Shipping and Delivery
We apologize for failing to notify you of late delivery.
We deliver within Manitoba, Ontario, Newfoundland, and Nunavut.
This is not an option we are offering at this time, we arrange freight to the address specified in your order placement.
The delivery person will deliver your product curbside.
You must inspect your purchase and note damages upon delivery. If damages aren’t noted at delivery, we cannot guarantee that we can return the product.
For small products, FedEx Ground will deliver without appointment. If you are not present upon delivery, FedEx will leave a door knocker to notify you where your product is. You then have the option to pick up your product or schedule a re-delivery attempt at no extra charge.
For larger products (over 150 pounds), at checkout we ask that you call in to arrange freight and we will give you an approximate shipment date. When your product ships, you will receive a call to set up an appointment for your product delivery.
Product Returns and Warranty
We offer competitive pricing and quick delivery on the Toshiba product line.
We currently do not offer these products at our branches.
